Returns and Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you purchased an item on our site and wish to return it, Please click here to start the return process.

Please note that the item needs to be in its original packaging and without being worn, washed, damaged or removed tags. 
If you are returning more than 1 item, please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel. 

We are unable to offer exchanges, so if you wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store. 
Once the goods are received and processed, Daisy Rose will issue a refund for the returned items.
Note that it takes between 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached our International Return Hub and has been inspected.

All sale items are final sale and are non returnable or refundable.

Costs for return

Daisy Rose is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. 
Daisy Rose will make process a refund for returned items within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order in question. 
Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Daisy Rose.

Daisy Rose is committed to providing our customers with products that are of the highest quality in the fashion industry.
To facilitate this commitment, we have implemented a quality control program that is practiced right from the initial stages of sourcing raw materials to the stages of final finished products.
All items are inspected once arriving to our warehouse and are inspected again before dispatch, and are carefully packed.

If any delivered product was received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: orders@daisyrose.com.
Please state the order #, nature of the problem and enclose a photo of the issue.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and subject to the return policy detailed above, otherwise such claim is permanently barred. 
We highly suggest that you keep your email with purchase confirmation.
