Please note that the item needs to be in its original packaging and without being worn, washed, damaged or removed tags. If you are returning more than 1 item, please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel.Â
We are unable to offer exchanges, so if you wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store.Â
Once the goods are received and processed, Daisy Rose will issue a refund for the returned items.
Note that it takes between 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached our International Return Hub and has been inspected.

Daisy Rose will make process a refund for returned items within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order in question.Â
